Understanding the condition of collectibles is crucial for both buyers and sellers. The condition of an item can significantly impact its value and desirability. To help you accurately assess and describe the condition of your collectibles, we have provided a detailed guide below. These guidelines will assist you in identifying the various levels of condition, from Mint to Poor, ensuring transparency and consistency in your evaluations.


Condition
Description
Mint (M) - The item is in perfect condition, as if it were brand new. There are no visible defects, scratches, or signs of wear. The packaging is also in pristine condition. MIB (Mint in Box), and MOC (Mint on Card) are terms used with this grading.
Near Mint (NM) - The item is almost perfect, with only very minor imperfections that are barely noticeable. The packaging may have slight wear but is still in excellent condition.
Excellent (EX) - The item is in excellent condition with minor signs of wear or slight imperfections. The packaging may have minor creases or small tears.
Very Good (VG) - The item is in very good condition, showing some signs of wear or small defects. The packaging may have noticeable wear, such as creases, small tears, or scuff marks.
Good (G) - The item is in good condition with visible wear and defects. The packaging may have significant wear, including creases, tears, or discoloration.
Fair (F) - The item is in fair condition with considerable wear and defects. The packaging may be heavily worn, torn, or discolored.
Poor (P) - The item is in poor condition with major defects and heavy wear. The packaging may be severely damaged or even missing parts.

Description
Vintage - The item is at least 25 years old, and can be up to 35 years old. This would include the years 1990-1999.
Extra Vintage - The item is at least 36 years old, and can be up to 55 years old. This would include the years 1970-1989.
Really Vintage - The item is very old, older then 56 years olds. It would include anything earlier then 1969.

Rare - The item is hard to find and highly sought after by collectors.
Very Rare - The item is extremely hard to find, with very few available. It is highly valued by collectors.
Extremely Rare - The item is one of the rarest, often one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited numbers. It is highly prized by collectors.

Description
Autographed - The item has been signed by a notable person, adding significant value and interest for collectors. All autographed items come with a certificate of authenticity (COA).
Exclusive - The item is only available through specific channels and also possible in limited numbers, making it unique and desirable.
New Discovery - The item has been added to our inventory in the last 30 days.
Unpunched - Refers to a collectible item's packaging that remains intact without the hang tab or perforated area being punched out, indicating it has not been displayed on a peg, thus often increasing its value and appeal to collectors.

Trending - Refers to items that are currently experiencing a surge in interest and popularity, often highlighted by increased searches, mentions, or sales in a short period.
Popular - Describes items that are widely liked, admired, or sought after by a large number of people, consistently maintaining high demand and recognition.
Free Shipping - Indicates that the item will ship for free.
Variant - Refers to a version of a collectible that differs in some way from the standard edition, often through unique features like color, design, or packaging, making it highly desirable to collectors.
