Return Policy

At Collectors Hollow, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality collectibles and a pleasant shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.

    Return Process

    1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@collectorshollow.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
    2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    3. Inspection and Approval: After we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

    Refunds

    Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. The credit will automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet:

    • Check your bank account again.
    • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@collectorshollow.com with the details and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    Shipping Returns

    To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team upon initiating the return.

    You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
